If you are using medical aid for a Saturday appointment, please contact us a day before your booking so that we can process your claim. If you're unsure of whether you will be covered or not, we encourage you to contact your medical aid provider to confirm. Alternatively, we can send you an invoice so that you can claim yourself.
Children's Vaccines & Baby Wellness: Mondays - Thursdays and Saturdays ONLY
(6 months & 12 months vaccines on Thursdays and Saturdays ONLY)
Women's Services e.g Antenatal Care, Family Planning etc: Mondays - Wednesdays and Fridays ONLY
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know by phone or email at least 1 day before your booking, and there will be no charge. If your child is ill, you will not be charged. If you do not show up to an appointment without informing us timeously, please note that there will be a cancellation fee of R70, which will be added to your bill before your next appointment.
